Cubbi’s Meal Ratings Dashboard gives administrators a consolidated view of all meal reviews submitted by employees.

Accessing the Meal Ratings dashboard

Your employees’ meal ratings provide valuable insights into what’s working and what could be improved. The Meal Ratings Dashboard helps you:

✅ Identify top-performing meals and restaurants
✅ Ensure employees are consistently satisfied with their meal experience.
✅ Confidently report to management how Cubbi is performing.

To get started, go to the Ratings Dashboard in the primary navigation.

Viewing your most popular meals

See the top meals your employees love.

Insights into what meals your employees love most

The Most Popular Meals section highlights the top 3 most-ordered items at your business.

For each meal, you’ll see:

Meal Name
Average Rating (out of 5)
Restaurant Name
Total Number of Orders

Viewing your most popular kitchens

Track the highest-rated restaurants in your business.

Insights into what kitchens are most popular with your team

The Most Popular Kitchens section shows the top 3 restaurants your employees order from.

For each kitchen, you’ll see:

Average meal rating (aggregated from all rated meals).
Total number of orders from that restaurant.

Employee Sentiment

Quickly spot trends in employee satisfaction and take action where needed.

Ratings Wheel: Visualizing employee sentiment at a glance.

The Ratings Wheel categorizes feedback into positive, neutral, and negative sentiment.

How it works:

Hover over different sections of the wheel to see the distribution of reviews.

Click on a sentiment to filter the Ratings Feed below and focus on specific feedback.

Color Breakdown:

🟢 Positive (4 & 5 stars) – Employees loved their meal!

🟡 Neutral (3 stars) – The meal was okay, but could be improved.

🔴 Negative (1 & 2 stars) – Employees were dissatisfied.

The Ratings Feed is a detailed log of all submitted meal reviews. Each review includes:

Filtering your ratings feed

Filtering helps you identify trends faster and take targeted action. To focus on specific feedback, use the built-in filters:

🔍 Filter by Employee – Search for reviews submitted by a specific employee.
⭐ Filter by Star Rating – View only positive, neutral, or negative reviews.
🏢 Filter by Kitchen – Narrow results to a specific restaurant.
📅 Filter by Date Range – See reviews submitted within a selected timeframe.
