Accessing the Team Page

Managing a team shouldn’t be time-consuming. With Cubbi’s Team Management tools, you can:

✅ Add employees individually or in bulk.
✅ Invite employees to create an account.
✅ Assign employees to groups for easier management.
✅ Deactivate employees who no longer need access.
✅ Track which employees have signed up and verified their accounts.

Adding employees

Upload, invite, and onboard your entire team in minutes.

Bulk Upload: The fastest way to onboard your team

Manually adding employees one by one can slow things down. With Cubbi’s bulk upload, you can add dozens (or hundreds) of employees at once—saving time and ensuring a smooth launch.

Note: Bulk uploading employees does NOT trigger email invites. It simply creates their accounts,f so when they sign up, they’re automatically linked to your team. You’re in control—you can choose to invite them when you upload or at a later date when it’s the right time.

Step 1: Start the Upload

To add employees in bulk, click on the icon next to the “Add Employee” button with the arrow to begin the bulk upload process.

Step 2: Download and fill out the template

Download the .XLX template and fill it with the following employee information: First Name, Last Name, Email & Group (Department)

Step 3: Attach your completed file, review the list, and remove any errors

Attach your file and click “upload” to continue to the confirmation step.

Step 4: Finalize the list and add employees to your account

Confirm your list of employees being added to your account.

A - Remove Employees. Remove them by hovering over the checkmark and clicking the “x”.

B - Create Employees. Click “Create Employees” to continue to the final step.

Step 5: Invite now, or hold off until your ready

Invite employees now or later—whatever works best for your team. If you're importing employees ahead of a launch, you can wait and send bulk invites when you're ready.

If you choose to invite them now, they’ll receive an email to verify their account immediately. Learn more about signing up.

Adding Employees Individually

Manually adding employees is great for small teams or one-off additions on the fly.

Whether you're onboarding a new hire or updating your team, Cubbi makes it easy to add, assign, and invite employees in seconds—so they can start ordering right away.

Step 1: Click "Add Employee" from the Team page

Head over to the Team Page and click “Add Employee” to add a new employee individually.

Step 2: Enter employee information, assign them to a group (department), and save.

Enter the employee’s First Name, Last Name, Email, and Group (Department), then click “Add Employee.”


You can also choose to invite them now or send the invite later when you're ready.

A - Contact Information. Enter the employee’s name and email address to ensure accurate records.

B - Group Assignment. Assign employees to specific groups or departments for better organization. Learn more.

C - User Type. Choose the appropriate access level:

  • Employee – Access to Lunch and Catering.

  • Admin – Full access to all Team Management features.

D - Invitation Timing. Send the invite now or later. The invite email includes a unique verification link for account setup. Learn more about account verification.

Inviting employees individually

From the Team Page, click on the little kebab menu next to their status and select “Invite”. This will send them an email invitation.

Inviting employees in bulk

To invite several employees at once, click on the little paper airplane icon on the top right of the Team Page.

After clicking on the bulk invite icon, you will be brought to a screen where all employees who have not yet verified their account will appear.


You can select which employees you would and wouldn’t like to invite by clicking on the checkmark by their name.


By default, all employees who aren’t verified will be selected.

Editing employees

Keep employee details up to date with just a few clicks.

How to edit an employee

Need to update an employee’s name, email, or group? Cubbi makes it easy to keep records accurate without any hassle.


  1. Find the employee and click the kebab menu (three dots) next to their status.

  2. Select "Edit Employee" to open their details.

  3. Update their name, email, group assignment, or user type.

  4. Click "Save Changes"—and that’s it!


📌 Important: If an employee’s email is incorrect, you’ll need to re-add them with the correct email.

Removing (Archiving) employees

Keep your team list clean while preserving employee records.

What happens when you archive an employee?

✅ They lose access to Cubbi and can’t place new orders.
✅ Their past orders remain in the system for reporting.
Upcoming orders will still be delivered, unless manually canceled.
✅ You can reactivate them anytime if needed.

How to archive an employee

To remove an employee, head over to the dashboard and click on the little kebab menu next to their status, then click “Archive”:

Need to bring someone back? Reactivate them with a click.

When an employee is archived, they will still exist in your account, but will no longer be able to place new orders to your business.

You can always reactivate them again if needed. Here are the steps to do this:

  1. Change the "Active" filter on the top right of the Team Page.

  2. Find the employee and click the kebab menu (three dots) next to their status.

  3. Click "Re-Activate" to restore their profile.
